A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm large orders. The remaining amount is due 1 week prior to delivery.

 

Cancelation Policy:

  • Orders canceled within 3 days of the delivery/pickup date will forfeit the deposit.
  • Orders canceled before this period may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

 

 Liability:

  • The bakery is not responsible for any damage to the product after it has been delivered/picked up.
  • The bakery is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of the product. Patrons are responsible for informing the bakery of any allergies.

Design and Quality:

  • The bakery will make every effort to match the design and colors as requested. However, slight variations may occur.
  • The bakery reserves the right to use photographs of the product for promotional purposes.
